    Hello,

    I unknowingly creating a WP account, thinking this is what I needed to do to access the Easy WP from NameCheap. I need to cancel this account so I can use the email once namecheap sets up the EasyWP.

    The communication during purchase was not clear. How can I resolve the conflict?

    They won’t conflict. It’s like using the same email on Facebook and on Twitter. Since they are two separate systems, you can use the same email again with no issue.

    If you want to close your WordPress.com account, you can follow this guide:
    https://wordpress.com/support/close-account

    But you may want to keep it if you will be using the Jetpack plugin or want to set up a profile picture using Gravatar. Those will use a WordPress.com login.

    You should not have bought anything at WordPress.com yet, but if you did you can cancel it. https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/
    Having a WordPress.com login does not mean paying for a WordPress.com plan.
