EasyWP from Namecheap

    I purchased an EasyWP app on namecheap to connect to an existing domain name of mine. I still cannot open it to build or edit my website. Am I suppose to pay wordpress for another subscription to do this?

    We can’t help as wordpress.com is in no way involved to EasyWP and Namecheap. You must contact Namecheap support to solve this problem yourself.
