  I have created a new account with yourselves because I cannot access our existing one!
  I need help to get into existing account as I desperately need to change content on our website!
  The original website was set up by someone else who we cannot get in contact with.
  What’s the best step forward in resolving this and getting our existing website back on track.

  Reaching out to the person who set up/owns the site in question I would have thought. What is the address of the site you’re wanting to access and is it hosted here at WordPress.com?
