Bonjour,
Je ne peux renouveler le mots passe administrateur de mon site web :
Accueil
Lorsque que je demande l’accès avec mon ancien mot de passe cela ne fonctionne pas.
Lorsque je demande un nouveau mot de passe, la requête pour créer un nouveau mot de passe ne fonctionne pas. Je reçois bien le mail dans ma boite mail : (email visible only to moderators and staff) , mais lorsque je clique sur le lien :”Votre lien de réinitialisation de mot de passe semble ne pas être valide. Veuillez demander un nouveau lien ci-dessous.”
Je redemande un nouveau lien et c’est de nouveau le même message :
“Votre lien de réinitialisation de mot de passe semble ne pas être valide. Veuillez demander un nouveau lien ci-dessous.”
Je suis bloqué !
Est-ce quelqu’un peux m’aider ?

When I request access with my old password it does not work. When I request a new password, the request to create a new password does not work. I do receive the email in my mailbox: (email visible only to moderators and staff), but when I click on the link: “Your password reset link appears to be invalid.Please request a new link below.”
I ask for a new link and it’s again the same message: “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”
I am blocked ! Can someone help me?

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the Business plan.
As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
