    Bonjour, je vous contacte car depuis un moment, les mises à jour de WordPress et des extensions échouent systématiquement ou ne démarrent pas quand je clique sur mettre à jour. Je ne sais pas comment régler le problème. Merci d’avance pour votre aide.

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on o2switch.net. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

    For help, I would contact them first. I’m honestly not sure on whether or not they provide support to their customers. Not every web host does. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
