  Hi,

  I would like to start an online shop by using WordPress. I need more information with regards to the costing of this.

  If I select the Business plan, does that INCLUDE the price of an e-commerce​ plugin such as WOO, or is that cost excluded? In other words, two separate​ costs.

  You can start an e-commerce site only with Business Plan.

  Pricing details of all the plans are provided here, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  You can install and use WooCommerce plugin without any extra cost if you’re on Business plan.
