    You kindly offered me free eCommerce due to Covid-19. However, my son who is designing my website with me, says this is not possible with the Semplice theme. Is this so, and if so, why is that? I’d just like your input on this, please?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com, and this forum thread is the first time your account has ever contacted our support. We also don’t have any free eCommerce plan offers due to Covid-19, so I don’t think it was us you spoke with before.

    None of the themes we offer on WordPress.com is called Semplice. There is a theme made for the open source WordPress.org software that can be found at https://www.semplice.com/. If you’ve bought that theme and need any help with it, please contact support for that theme directly, as the people who make and sold you that theme are the only people who can help you with this.
