Hello and thanks in advance for your help. I had chosen a domain name and was checking out, I had entered a code for 40% off but I guess I had trouble confirming it because I never saw the charge on my bank account and after logging back into wordpress today, I see the domain is still not secured. I am hoping someone can help me finish checking out with the Flash40 code applied because it was quite a big difference for me. Your help is extremely appreciated!

I don’t see any attempted purchases on then account you’re using to post here, so it looks like you didn’t complete the checkout process. I do see a domain in the cart for your site, but I don’t see a coupon code applied either:

Our last flash sale took place on 1 December, so that code expired two weeks ago already, and we’re no longer able to apply it retro-actively. But we have sales like this every month, so you can keep an eye open for the next one.
Or else, if you can tell me what plan you were intending to buy (you currently only have a domain with a cost of $18 added to the cart), I can see if there’s anything else we can do.
