Hi Can your ecommerce feature customizable ?
Please refer below for description
On the front page i will have the special promotion of particular product till a period of time and there will be something like a countdown timer for the promotion to end. please take a look at the link for something similar to the concept http://bj.jumei.com/

Quickly scanning through it it does not seem that what you want to do is possible. There is the Milestone widget which offers a countdown timer, but I don’t think it’s exactly what you’re looking for: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/milestone-widget/
