Do you mean Themes or Templates?
What do you mean by “Dynamic”, is that something different than “responsiveness” and “ability to adjust according to screen size” as described here?Themes define a look of whole website :https://wordpress.com/themes
Templates define a look of an separate part of a website: https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/template/Actually “responsiveness” does not depend on WordPress.com plan but only on Theme you choose.
WordPress.com allows you to install Themes, some of them are responsive some may be not, but you can filter them out using
layout:responsive-layoutin the search field. More info about Themes is here: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/Templates responsiveness also depends on active Theme, and actually all popular Themes are responsive, otherwise they would not be so popular :)

I have not tried, but according to official Razorpay website it shall work via plugin: https://razorpay.com/docs/payment-gateway/ecommerce-plugins/wordpress/

Theoretically yes because Wefast offer API integration , but am afraid you will have to hire a developer to connect it to WordPress. I do not see any “ready to go” plugins for that.

Actually WordPress.com is designed for blogging and online stores. Like these are the best things that WordPress was created to do. If your goal is far from blogging and online stores, then yes, you will need extra coding or even a separate project. -

But if you need a ready-to-go solution for using WordPress with Wefast- I think you have to hire a developers team. -

It depends what and where you want to place, as WordPress still has some major blocks like header, footer, side menu and so on. Soon Full Site Editing will be launched but that is another story. So far elements of a website have to “live” in their sections, but there are exceptions using widgets.

Is the support for 24hours ?Support is available in several ways like Forum, Live Chat, email, Quick Start etc. There is no phone support.
For eCommerce plan there is recommended Live Chat Support. It is available 24 hours.
