Ecopressed on my posts?

I keep finding these boxes from another specific blog at the end of my posts. I then click on them and it takes me to their site, but I don’t see any mention of me or any of my posts there. What is this about? Can anyone else see these boxes? Can I do this on their posts? What does it all mean…Lol.
I thought this would be a link from their post to my post and vise versa, but it’s not. Please, can someone explain to me what this is called and how to use this feature? I contacted support a week ago and haven’t gotten a response back. And it has just been happening with this one specific blog.

WordPress.com has been running advertising on our free hosted blogs since 2006. Many bloggers do not know this because despite the fact they ticked the box required to get a free blog, they did not read the ToS. Many also do not read features page, or advertising entry in the support documents after registering their username and blog(s). Also note that as the ads do not display to us when we are logged in and as many use browsers with Adblookers when logged out they may not realize they are there at all. The only way to get rid of all advertising on our free hosted WordPress.com blogs is to purchase an annually renewable No-Ads upgrade.

This is not a feature at all. This is advertising that’s being used to drive traffic to the Ecopressed site.

I think it is more like – Many do not remember everything they read in 5 minutes, 2 months later. Thank you for your help…
