Ecto theme loading issue

    I have a follower unable to see the content of my blog now that I switched from Fictive to Ecto theme – she gets email notifications and views my blog from there…are there limitations to loading Ecto on certain browsers or email programs? I’d rather keep my new format, but not if it’s a problem for my followers – thanks for the help!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, could you please ask your follower to let you know:

    – what specific device they’re using (i.e. Nexus 7, Macbook Air)
    – what version of their operating system you’re using (i.e. Android 4.4.4 Kitkat, Mac OS 10.9.5)
    – what browser and version they’re using (i.e. Chrome 41, Firefox 37.0.2)

    When she says she can’t see the content of your site, does she mean the page is completely blank? It would be very helpful for her to take a screenshot (JPEG, PNG or PDF format, if possible) of what she sees, to help in troubleshooting.

    She can upload it with a service like Imgur or Snaggy so we can see it, or upload it to her Media Library and provide a link to the image there.
