Edin: Some child page thumbnail images not showing up on grid page

  I have set all the featured images for the child pages and a few of them are not showing up. I’ve done 7 of them and now number 8, 9 & 10 haven’t shown up on the front grid page. They show up full sized on the actual page and as a set feature image but not as a thumbnail on the front page.

  Hi there!

  The first item in the grid (ENERGY EFFICIENT) doesn’t have a featured image set, so if you add one there, it should appear on the grid page.

  I also see the one on the 2ND STORY BEDROOM grid item missing, but noticed you do have a featured image on there, so I’m checking into it to see what’s going on and will update you when I’ve got more information/a fix.

  The rest of them look to be working now, but let me know if you’re noticing any other issues! I’ll update here on the missing image as soon as I’ve got more info. :)

  Thank you so much! I look forward to hearing what you find. I had taken off the featured image from the ENERGY EFFICIENT page but it’s back now and still not working. Also I put back a few of the others that I’d taken off that weren’t working so you can see.

  Hi there,

  Thank you for your patience while we looked into this! Your pages are set up correctly and, after troubleshooting with one of the developers on our theme team, we can’t determine why the featured images aren’t displaying on the home page.

  We think there may be a glitch with those specific pages (which all seem to have been created within two days of each other). To test, could you please try copying/pasting the content of Energy Efficient to a new page and uploading the featured image to it? Set New Custom Energy Star Home to be the parent page and let me know if the image appears on your home page.

  Thank you for trying that and letting me know the result!

  Hm. I tried to replicate on my test site but wasn’t able to reproduce and can’t understand why the images aren’t displaying on your site.

  I have, however, added all of the information you’ve provided to a report for our development team and will let you know as soon as I hear back from them. Let me know if any questions come up in the meantime.

  Thanks for bringing this bug to our attention. We’ve made a fix to Edin and your featured images should appear properly now.
