edin theme comments fields disparity

Hi. I’m using the edin theme. I recently set up a blog page on my site and activated comments for posts.
In settings I disabled the requirement for people commenting to type their name and email. When I look at a post on a desktop everything is as it should be: post content followed by a line of text and a comment field. When I look at posts on a phone screen, they also show fields for name, email and website, which shouldn’t be visible.
Is there any css code I can use to remove these fields in mobile view, or is this a bug in the edin theme that needs to be fixed?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

OK, I got some more information that the name & email fields have to be completed by non wordpress.com members who want to write a comment, and that these are hidden on a desktop browser but appear when a comment is started.
Does anyone know the CSS code to enable the comments to work the same way when viewed on a mobile phone: i.e. only the comment field is visible below a post unless a non-member starts to type a comment, when they are made visible?
