Edit a post

    Hi.

I have tried to edit a word in a post. I use the html button to change the word, and it gets changed. Then if I refresh the page, the original word still appears.

It’s driving me f****ing nuts…..can’t you have a simple ‘edit, change, repost, ta-da!!’ system that even the dummies at Facebook have managed to achieve?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi exposernator, I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems editing your posts.

I’ve just taken a look at your blog and I’m sorry but I cannot offer help to the owners of blogs that post hate speech and I would urge other users on here to ignore your requests too.

    Regards,

    Nick

    Hi, Nick.

You seem to be sorry an awful lot…..maybe you should be ‘sorry’ for posting your bigotry on wordpress forums?

There is a complete absence of ‘hate speech’ in my blog and yet you claim to have seen some. You plainly don’t know what ‘hate speech’ is, yet that was your excuse for failing to offer assistance. That is where your bigotry was exposed.

I have since learned how to edit.

I am pleased that you have figured it out.

Please can you try and conduct yourself in a civilised manner when posting on here. This is a technical support forum and not a platform for you to broadcast your views so do not use it as such.

    Regards,

    Nick.

“This is a technical support forum and not a platform for you to broadcast your views “

But it’s OK for you to, apparently.

In fact, that was the entire reason for your response to the topic. It is your view that I post ‘hate speech’.

We can now add ‘hypocrisy’ to your charge sheet….care to add anything else?

Goodbye. Don’t try and ask for help again. You will be ignored.

    Regards,

    Nick.

So now you speak for everyone on wordpress, lol.

    Add ‘delusional’ to the list……

This is a forum where wordpress.com users and volunteers like us try to solve each others problems. Although I can understand how bad it can feel when some obvious thing does not happen, but it would be better that if we could cooperate and work towards the solution of the problem directly.
