edit blog title?!?

  this really makes me feel like a total moron, but i have wasted over an hour attempting to figure this out and my head is about to explode, yet it is THE MOST SIMPLE THING there is.

  on my blog http://ieannex.wordpress.com/ there is no header, only the typed title. right now two letters are typed in caps with slashes between them and i dont like that, and would rather simply have it be lowercase letters now. how do i do this?

  oh, and while im at it, can i also make the title not-blue? i hate that shade of blue…
