  How can I remove Edit button from my posts? Everybody can edit and change my post. Please help me !

  Everybody can edit and change my post.

  That’s not true. Log out of WordPress.com abd view your blog. You will find that the Admin [edit] link is visible only to you and usable only by you when you are logged in. Your vistors cannot even see it.
