Edit Card Details – page not loading

  My premium is about to renew, but i need to update my card details.

  When I click on “Edit Card Details” the page loads & the boxes for card details & submit button are just slowing flashing blank boxes – they won’t load & i can’t enter my details.

  Chrome 47, os x 10.10.5

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased the upgrade(s) for it.

  There is currently a problem with updating card details on the purchases page and we’re working on fixing it. Can you please see if the My Upgrades page in the WP-Admin dashboard works for you?

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account. Are you trying to buy a new upgrade?

  Thanks for the link – That is the same page I was trying to use.

  However I found that clicking the ‘Renew Now’ button (even though the card is old) takes you to a page to enter a new card & so I was able to complete payment.

  Now that I made payment with a new card the Edit Card button works properly – so it looks like you cant EDIT if the card is expired & that was my problem.

  I just wanted to let you know that the problem with the payment details page not loading correctly has been fixed.

  Please let us know if you experience any more problems.
