  How do I allow readers to edit their comments on my blog?
  Even fellow Word Press users can’t alter any comments if it isn’t their own blog that hosts the reply.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  How do I allow readers to edit their comments on my blog?

  You can’t, once the submit button is clicked the only one that can edit a comment is an Admin or Editor for a blog.
