Edit comments feature

  I think that being able to control the content on your blog is important, but that it can be accomplished by deleting. The ability to edit other peoples comments actually allows you to change entirely what they said. I think the edit comments feature is even worse than censorship and should be removed. What do you think?

  A quick search of the forums will show that this has been brought up several times and just ended in heated discussions. If you are interested in what others had to say, you would have the best luck doing a search on the topic.
