Edit Contact Info

I am trying to edit my contact info for my domain registered with WordPress, but I am unable to do so because I have Privacy Protection enabled. WordPress says that I can either disable Privacy Protection for the time being (which I do not see an option for) or I can contact them directly to have the information changed (but I have not purchased any upgrades, so I don’t know if I am able to do this). Any advice would be much appreciated!

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?
I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.

The contact Info is on a Page so you edit the Page and change it.
https://wellesleyglobalist.org/contact-us/Go to Dashboard > Pages > All Pages
http://wellesleyglobalist.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
Hover over the Page title and click the edit link. Do your editing and then click “update” in the Publish module when you are done.

Thank you, but I’m trying to edit the contact info associated with my domain account in the Domain Management system, not within my site’s pages. (Here’s a link to screenshots of what I mean.)

Hi – I already had looked at that support page, and it says “If you have privacy enabled you will receive a message stating that you need to contact support to change your details. You can either disable privacy in the privacy settings to be able to edit your contact information, or you can contact us via live chat in your dashboard (when available), or email us to change your domain contact info.”
I do not see an option to disable privacy, so I am wondering if this is something that needs to be done on WordPress’ end.

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of wellesleyglobalist.org .
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to take admin actions for the domain.

Would it be possible to transfer the ownership of the domain to thewglobalist? I’m assuming the current owner is tclu28 or danaaljawamis.

Yes, absolutely. The easiest way to do that is to log into the account that owns it and post the request here on this forum thread.
