Edit CSS of Vigilance – Customise Post Title

  Hi,

  I am trying to edit the CSS of Vigilance Theme. Appreciate if someone can show me the CSS to:

  1) reduce the font size and change colour of the post title and
  2) change the font colour of the words in the post paragraph
