  I want to buy a theme, but I want to change some things in the CSS style sheet as well.
  I wonder if I buy the theme, if I’m going to have access to the CSS style sheet?

  Are you referring to purchasing a premium theme for http://producoeslumiar.wordpress.com/ ?

  If so, we don’t permit custom HTML or template editing on WordPress.com for security reasons.

  However, with the Custom Design upgrade, you can definitely modify the CSS in Appearance -> Custom Design -> CSS:
