Edit/disable header in mobile

    I’ve hidden all header elements in responsive mode for mobile, but the hamburger menu and logo are still showing up in mobile, on two separate lines. Where do I go to edit or disable these? If possible I would like to make them on the same line, with the hamburger menu in front of the logo. If that’s not possible then hiding it completely is the next best option.
