Edit DNS – No pencil to edit infomation

    Hi, I am trying to edit my DNS info to point my domain to another site.

    All instructions lead to editing my CNAME etc. settings.

    There is no pencil or button to choose to edit these settings.

    They are all greyed out and no options to edit.

    I can add new DNS records, which has allowed me to point my “www.” but i also need to point the address without the www. which at the moment seems to be impossible because when I try to add a new DNS record it requires a subdomain name before the correct address.

    Any help appreciated thank you!
