Hi there Maryann!
Could you please tell me exactly what happens if you click on the this link and click Edit next to your domain name?:
https://maryannlemon.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domainsYou should see your Domain Management box. If not, please let me know exactly what you’re able to view.
Also, if you cannot see your Domain Management box, please let me know exactly what you’re hoping to accomplish, and I can help further.
Thanks so much! Best to you.

Hi, thanks, you’ve solved one problem by directing me to the correct place to make changes, ie, https://maryannlemon.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains. (Earlier I was using https://wordpress.com/my-domains/, and in this part of your website the edit domain button lights up when I put my cursor over it but then nothing happens.)
Anyway, when I cut & pasted the first address, the one you provided, into my browser, I found the Edit Domain button is active, and it takes me to this message:
EmailThis domain currently has custom mail servers defined in its DNS settings. This means that WordPress.com Email Forwarding is not available for this domain, and that you should manage your email with your email provider.
The email servers for this domain are: mx.mail.isx.net.nz.
I’m not sure I understand that, but what I’d like to do, is set up email forwarding for two domain specific email addresses, mlemon and maryann, through my email hosting service at http://www.net24.co.nz. They said WordPress should be able to set this up. Their message was:
“If a 3rd party is managing the DNS services, please ensure the following zone records are created:
citruspr.co.nz. IN MX 10 mx.mail.isx.net.nz.
mail.citruspr.co.nz. IN CNAME mp.mail.isx.net.nz.
webmail.citruspr.co.nz IN CNAME wm.mail.isx.net.nz.
manager.citruspr.co.nz IN CNAME manager.isx.net.nz.
Can you help me with this? Thank you!
Kind regards,
Maryann Lemon

Hello there, Maryann!
Ok, we’re getting closer to having you in working order. My colleague has adjusted your DNS records according to the wishes of your email host.
Now, to make everything work properly, you must change you name servers with your Domain Registrar. Your nameservers need to be set to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM and NS2.WORDPRESS.COM for your adjusted DNS records to work. If you have already updated the nameservers you can ignore this message; it will stop appearing soon.
Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!
