    Hi,

I want to transfer my domain to another host but in the domains section the “edit” domain button is greted out.

Why is this the case when I am the owner of the blog?

    Please help.

    Regards,

    David

    Hi David,

I just checked out your Domains page and the Edit Domain button appears available and functioning:

    Cloudup 43lsa1ybrgx

Could you try visiting the page again, making sure you have Third-Party Cookies enabled, and that you’re logged in under the user mufctoday, not the user photogiftuk? Visit this page to check for the Third-Party cookies:

Let me also ask, were you planning to map the domain to another hosting service, or transfer the domain to another registrar?

According to ICANN regulations, domains cannot be transferred between registrars until it has been owned for 60 days. You’ll be able to transfer the domain to another registrar on December 15th, 2014. However if you just wanted to map the domain to another hosting service, this can be done by adjusting the name servers right away.

Let me know if the cookies and username help you get that Edit button. If they don’t, could you please take a screenshot of the issue and upload it to your media library?

    Best,

    -Alex G.
