"edit domain" button greyed out?

    I am trying to add email to the blog.
    On the “my domains” page, my custom domain is shown, with an “edit domain” button as expected. But – the edit button is greyed out and does not work?
    The domain mapping of the blog itself is fine, it just wont let me in to sort out the email setup.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The account you are posting from is not the owner of the garsdaleparishcouncil.com domain name or the owner of the underlying WordPress.com site. Only the owner can make DNS changes.
