Edit Domain Settings

    I transferred my domain registration for rhondabontrager.com to an outside host but wordpress.com still has the DNS settings pointing to your name servers. However, when I go to my domain settings to edit this, the “Edit” button doesn’t work.

    Please advise.

    Sorry to see you go!

    In case you hadn’t already completed this step, an email has been sent to the Domain Registrant’s contact email address containing the Domain Transfer Code. If you don’t receive the email shortly, please check your spam folder.

    It appears as if the transfer to your new host was never completed. I expedited the situation and you should receive an email confirming this from your new registrar shortly.

    Please let me know when you hear from your new host. Once they’ve got your domain, your DNS settings can all be changed on their servers, rather than ours.
