Edit element Color tab

    So I’m working on a new website for the company I work for and one of the things that we want to do is have a consistent theme across all of our department’s pages. The issue that we are having is the departments are responsible for adding their own content but they’re using the visual editor to change colors of the elements they are creating. For example, they’re changing the colors of buttons, text, backgrounds, etc…

    I’ve already figured out how to customize the functions.php file so the text color button is no longer available in the toolbar while editing text, but I would also like to remove the “Color” tab that appears when they click on edit element. Is this possible? If so can someone please help me with this custom code?
