  a different email appears on “contact” page than is inserted into the text

  Hello there,

  Your contact page is displaying your email address as you are logged into WordPress.com. Nobody else can see this information. If a visitor to your site is signed into their WordPress.com account, they will see their contact information instead.

  The auto-fill function is personal to each user’s account settings.

  If an operator is available for a live chat, you will see a Howdy! How can I help you? box in the bottom, right corner of your Dashboard. Here is your Dashboard:

  The Live Chat box will only appear when someone is able to assist.

  If no one is available to help right away, please describe your issue in more detail, and I can absolutely help.
