Edit entry meta data to include 'This post may contain affiliate links'

  I am wanting to add a standard line above my blog posts stating ‘This post may contain affiliate links’. I’ve been told I can do it by editing my entry meta data but I have no idea how to do it.

  Can anyone advise please?
