‘Edit’ function to change my pages is missing (?)

  Please note no one in the ‘Forum’answered my question that follows:

  In the past, an ‘edit’ text button at the bottom of my home page or any other page was present. By clicking on it, I could change the text of a page. It’s now gone in both the Safari and Chrome browser when I go to my home page: warblerwatch.com

  Solution? — as I wish to edit my page’s text and change it. Thank you…Daniel via: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I and a member of staff as far back as last year tried to help you but you never replied with the address of the site you were working on.

  You obviously need to be logged in to a different account to be able to edit your site. Is the username for your site perhaps your name rather than warblerguy?

  Please note the initial link you were kind to send (below what you initially wrote above) does not provide me the solution to “how to edit” text at a page in my web site.

  Problem: when I navigate to an area noting “how to edit,” it’s for the blog design/blog format.

  My need is to edit my web site text on several different pages.

  Link you can share for me to learn this tactic? — as it was previously as simple as me clicking on an “edit” hot text button present above my “mapping” page at the bottom of a section. Thank you….Daniel Edelstein, warblerwatch.com and user name = warblerguy

  If warblerguy was the correct account/username then surely you wouldn’t be asking how to edit your site. You’d be already logged in to your site and be able to click on “My Sites” top left and edit away.

  Thank you for your 9:04 am message.

  Problem persists despite your solution, given:

  1. I’m logged in as warbler guy as my user name.

  2. On the top left it states “My Site” upon which I click.

  3. BUT it does not navigate to any ability to “edit”…..It simply shows one pull down menu item to click upon: “Create Site”….but no edit feature to click upon for access to editing.

  WISH I could send you the screenshot of this #3 dynamic, but there’s no attachment button feature here.

  Thus, the solution is please?

  Which is why I’ve been saying all along that warblerguy is the wrong account/username….
