Edit gallery on ipad

Hi, I am doing a 365 photo project, and using WordPress to post my photos daily. It is ok when making a new post, but I also have a page set up with a gallery on it which displays all my photos. It is impossible to change the order of the photos on an iPad or iPhone, which is proving problematic for me. On a Mac or PC I can just drag and drop to change the order, this is not the case on iPad/iPhone. Any ideas how I can get around this? Or any functionality being added that would allow this?

Hello there,
There isn’t currently a way to drag/drop images within your gallery on your mobile device. The only option you have is to open your post, and cut/paste the image numbers in your gallery shortcode to rearrange them. I know that isn’t optimal, but maybe you can use it to suit your needs?

Thanks, actually figured another way now, there is a reverse order option, if I do this before adding my photo to the gallery, then add the photo it adds to the end, which is actually the newest as its reversed. I then reverse again and my photos are in the order I want them. What was happening before was by default it put the new photo being added at the bottom, I am displaying my photos newest first. Not ideal but only a few extra clicks.
