  How can I edit the whole HTML,of all the pages,like the one in blogger?

  Hi there,

  You can edit the HTML of anything you add to the content area in a post or page via the editor. We don’t generally recommend that, though, as changing the HTML markup of blocks can cause the blocks to break.

  If you prefer to add your content in HTML, you can use the custom HTML block for that:

  Editing the HTML of your site itself is not possible. WordPress.com is a shared hosting environment, and we do not allow you to directly edit any of the source files for your site.

  For that type of modification you’ll need to create a child theme of the theme you have active, and make your changes there. Note that using a child theme on WordPress.com also requires our Business Plan.
