Edit in visual not coding

I am trying to edit my company’s site and it will only pull up a code screen and not the visual screen. I want to replace photos and add new information but I am not skilled enough to do it in code.

I noticed that your site is hosted on a server, provided by GoDaddy and was built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org. This forum is maintained and equipped to support WordPress.com sites.
To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies and we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere.
