Edit messed up code blocks

  I can’t remember the exact sequence of events but it was roughly as follows.

  I wrote some of my content in “Visual” mode. Then I switched to to “text” view. Spent some time (about 2hrs) writing some code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).

  I inserted them into code blocks i.e. [code lang="html"] etc...

  I hit save draft (or maybe switched back to visual mode first, can't remember).
  After hitting save draft, the page came back and the pic in this tweet was the result
