Hi eleahloucks,
Could you share more information about what you’re trying to accomplish?
What part of your WordPress site would you like to “mouse over”, and what would you like the behavior to be?
With more information, I hope to help you out here!

I wish I could attach a photo to show you but it won’t let me.
The website is radiancepoweryoga.com.
There is a section on the home page under the the header called Classes that has 2 rows of square photos. When you mouse over them a red box comes to the front and the name of the class pops up. I want to change the size of the text.I know I need to edit a plugin but when I try to figure out which one to use it gets confusing.
Let me know if that makes sense. -
You can use a service such as getcloudapp.com to send a link to a screenshot.
However, I can see that your site is hosted on WordPress.org. Your question will be better answered on the support forums for WordPress.org found here: https://wordpress.org/support/
