  Thanks, I need to edit the text.
  When I click on My Site I get stats. I don’t need stats, I need to update the text.
  Where is the edit button?

  It sounds like you are trying to make a post here. On the left menu bar you will see Blog Posts and Pages. I will give you some links for easy reads on what each one does and how you can go about making them.
