Edit option not visible

  Edit option doesn´t appear (and is not visible) on Menu Appearance in Dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I need the edit item in appearance Menu, in order to edit the php file to remove the footer (blog at wordpress.com and costumized yoko theme).
  Is there other way to remove the footer ?

  So here’s the deal on that.

  The footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:

  http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

  Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.
  (See the bottom of http://blog.ted.com/ for an example)
