  How to change my page titles?

  From the Edit Pages Screen in the dashboard :-)

  Thanks! My pages aren’t showing up there, but they are still in the header. I want to change the name of one of them, but it’s not there to edit.

  Ah, I see what you mean.

  You deleted the pages so now you have to remove the menu items from the menu as well. This can be done from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Select the menu and delete the menu items corresponding to deleted pages.
