‘Edit Post’ Quotation Block Problem?

Hello, so I downloaded the latest WordPress version and all of a sudden my edit post screen looks like this?

    EditPOst

Before the quotation blocks were located right below the regular text blocks. This was great and convenient. But now, after downloading the latest WordPress version, the quotation blocks are inconveniently placed to the far left of the editing post page as you can see in the picture. Is this normal given the latest update? Or is my WordPress bugging up for some reason?

Anyway, it would be great if I could make the quotation blocks go back being below the regular text blocks like before.

    Thank you.

  • Hi there! Before we get any further into this, could you let us know which of your sites you are experiencing this on?

If, by chance, it’s a site not hosted with WordPress.com, you’ll need to take your question over to one of two (maybe even both) places:

    1. The developer of the theme you are using should probably hear about it, so contact them directly.

    2. There may be others using your theme that have already run into the same issue and gotten some help over in the community support forums at WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

Here on the WordPress.com support forums we can help directly with sites hosted on our servers. If you’re curious about the WordPress.com and WordPress.org relationship, here’s more about that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

We hope you are able to find a quick and easy solution to this.

    Hello dean!

    1. I’m experiencing this on my WordPress blog. Looking at it, it seems to be WordPress.org.

    2. I see, I’ll try posting it on the community support forums of .org then and contacting the developer as well. :)
