Edit Post Window Suddenly Looks Different and Toolbar Doesn't Follow Me

Hello, I’ve been working on posts most every day for a while, but this morning I find my ‘Edit Post’ Window and ‘Write Post’ windows have changed and become harder to use. I’m wondering if this is a terrible design choice by WP or if I unwittingly did something I can reverse.
Here’s a picture of the new format:
http://imgur.com/urvRRSSThe menu from the left with all of the post settings is now a dropdown at the top right, which isn’t a big deal, but much more importantly, my post toolbar doesn’t follow me as I scroll down anymore. Thus, if I want to drop in a picture, italicize something, or add a link, I have to scroll all the way back up to the top of my post, which is really annoying and impractical.
I hope there’s some way to fix this, because I really hate this new format. Thanks!

I’m using FF with Windows 10. Worked fine yesterday – now the menu has moved to the right side and the toolbar is stuck at the top. It has made the UI unusable.

Hi, thanks for letting us know. The toolbar is supposed to “stick” as you scroll down, and for me it is working properly in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
