  Subject: I’m the Owner but Lost Admin Access

  Hello,
  I created the website volcanovibesdesign.com, but my current account (display name: koko) no longer has administrator access. When I try to edit pages or view site settings, I get the error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

  I am the owner of this site and need help restoring my admin access. Can you please check or help me recover the original admin account tied to this site?
