edit Search widget button

  Hi all,

  I’m adapting an originally in english theme and slightly translating stuff on the front end to spanish. The problem I’ve run into is that I have no idea where to find the “Search for” entry just before the search button so that I can change it to “Buscar”, all the other widgets allow me to edit their titles (and more) while in the back end, but the search widget doesn’t, I’ve searched everywhere in the theme files, also in wp-includes, but I can’t find it. I know it’s there somewhere… Any ideas?

  You mentioned “theme files” so I suspect you are self-hosted and are, therefore, in the wrong forum. This forum is for blogs hosted at wordpress.COM and we don’t have access to the underlying files here. Head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support

  hehehe, sorry, I didn’t realise that in my defense I say that this is my first wordpress project.
