I moved my site to the inmotion hosting server and successfully migrated all the data through an xml file.
But all the design has changed because the plugins and themes have not passed.
I want to edit my site and have no options to do it.

The XML file you imported from your WordPress.com site will only help to transfer your content and media files to your self-hosted WordPress site. For themes and plugins, you have to manually install them and activate them on the new site.
Here’s a guide on how to install the theme that is same as your WordPress.com site.

Please check if your user account on your new site has the Administrator user role that allows you to install plugins and themes and to configure your site.
