“Edit Site” Option Leading to a Blank Gray Screen

hi! I’m making a site on WordPress, but when I press the “Edit site” option under the “Quick links” menu on the home page, I’m taken to a blank gray screen. I’ve tried this on three different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Firefox) and the same thing happens. It’s not an issue with just this site – I’ve made another website on my account, and I tried to access the “Edit site” option there and it led me to the same gray screen. I’ve tried restarting my computer, disabling my adblocker, and clearing my browser cache (I think it might be because I only cleared it for the last hour? but I’m not sure). However, none of it has worked. I share admin access to this site with another person, although I created it, and he’s able to access the editor just fine. I tried removing his admin access to see if that did something, but it didn’t.

(I have Privacy Badger enabled because I tested disabling it and it didn’t do anything)
If anyone could help, please tell me ASAP! I need to get this up and running very soon.

Since another person was able to access the editor without any issues, the problem is likely related to your browser’s cache. To fully clear the cache, please follow the steps outlined here: Clear Your Browser Cache
If the issue persists, try logging into your WordPress.com account using Incognito mode (or Private Browsing) in Google Chrome. This can help rule out any browser extensions or cached data that may be causing conflicts.

I tried logging in on Incognito Mode, but still the same thing happens. Do you know what it could be?
