“Edit Site” Page Stuck on Loading – Unable to Access Site Editor

  Hello,

  I’ve been experiencing an issue for the last 2 days when trying to access the Site Editor. Whenever I click “Edit Site,” the page gets stuck on the loading screen and never finishes loading.

  I’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps:

  • Disabled my ad blocker
  • Cleared browser cache and site data multiple times
  • Logged out and logged back in (I use Google to log in)
  • Tested multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera, and a mobile browser)

  Unfortunately, the problem persists across all of them.

  Since the issue occurs across different browsers and after clearing site data, I’m unsure whether it might be related to the theme, a plugin conflict, or possibly a recent update.

  Also, I wanted to ask if it’s possible that my account or site could be temporarily restricted for some reason. As far as I’m aware, I haven’t done anything that would violate any rules, but I wanted to check in case this could be related.

  If needed, I can provide additional details such as:

  • Current theme
  • Installed plugins
  • Browser console errors
  • WordPress version

  Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
