Edit site through site name/wp-admin

Cannot edit site through site name/wp-admin. I need to make changes to site. The following is what pulls up on a black background w/ unhappy sheet of paper dos icon.

Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Yes, and thanks for responding. The url is santaslandnc.net . The account that is under this email address was set up by the previous employee in this department. I have little info and records left for me about this website job responsibility. And since I’m responsible, it’s my duty to keep the website updated. I’m poorly educated in this area of the graphics industry, webpages and twitter and stuff. I’m old school. Anyway. I had an associate who helped me get into the back door of the site to be able to edit dates, times, info on site. We added wp-admin at the end of url to get in. He set up a new username, (Ian) and password (will give if needed) for the santaslandnc.net website and told me how to edit it. Which I was able to get into and do last November for the close of season. Now we had an opening date given to me so I went in yesterday (under Ian) to update our opening date on the website and it says it cannot find any account associated with my (Ian) username. I tried the other username (from other employee) and got into the account (owned by Danny Lyons). It allowed me to edit the account profile to my name from Michael Leis. However it says there are no sites listed under that particular profile. I believe the site is under the other account that was set up for me to edit last November. Go Daddy host the site. I’m going to give them a call shortly to see if they can help me out any. I’m stumped and getting frustrated cause this change to reflect the new date should have happened yesterday. I’m gathering info and pics to create a new website for santaslandnc.net. It needs to be restructured and improved upon. I am learning as I go and have the workload of 2.5 people at work so it’s a slow process. Any help would be greatly appreciated.First account info – Username (Ian), PW (please contact me)
