Edit text on the front page

Hi,
I created my blog this pm and I cannot edit the welcome text on the front page like ‘Hello world’. I would like to replace it with my own text. I clicked on Edit to delete it but nothing happen. I also clicked on Start a new post but it doesn’t work. I paid and activated my account today. Do I have to wait or is there an error? I already deleted the cookies. Thanks.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for the link. But I didn’t save my first page. I selected Hemingway theme and downloaded the images etc… and wanted to remove the text that was on the Hemingway theme at the beginning. How can I do to delete it on my blog? I didn’t save and published anything. It is not on the internet… not yet…

The Site title (blog name) and/or the optional Tagline can be changed on the top of this page at any time. > Settings > General … “save changes”.
http://savebiodiversity.net/wp-admin/options-general.phpThat is exactly where search engine spiders look for the site title and removing it from there can cause issues with getting your content indexed. Note that the site title (blog name) and blog address URL do not have to be the same but it’s better for SEO (search engine optimization) if they are the same.
To edit any post go to Dashboard > Posts > All Posts
